Well, I have decided to make a new 3D print overhead light frame. The sticky, soft, fragile frame.

Up to Super series. I know "old" ones had few other versions too, but this one is most common. Plus in all QV 164 for Europe without sunroof.

I have the 91 164L w/sunroof so the design is slightly different than your version. I'm impressed nonetheless. Any chance this NLA item can be modified to produce the sunroof version?

Of course they are all gonna be black plastic. White/transparent was for test samples Everything fits perfect now!

UPDATE! New production run 2022. I have made few more frames. Part number is 60777714.

Check new photos bellow. This is 3D printed so surface is not smooth. If you want it smooth, I suggest grinding with sandpaper, plastic primer, filler and matt black paint to make surface smooth. Or wrap it in leather.

Good stuff! with some coarse primer and a bit of sanding, then painting it will end up looking OEM. With time, more and more things we will need to fix by 3d printing, so keep at it!
